The Board of Zoning Appeals is looking for a new permanent member. The Board is a quasi-judicial entity that holds hearings on Zoning issues that need conditional approval or variances. Variances are occasionally required when physical barriers or land features prevent adherence to current Zoning regulations. Conditional approvals are needed for certain uses in primarily the Commercial, Industrial or Manufacturing zones or when a developer wants to construct a Controlled Density Zoning (CDZ) development. If you have an interest in the possibility of joining the Board, please contact the Twp. via a letter of interest sent to: Liverpool Twp. 6801 School Street, Valley City, Oh 44280.
