Liverpool Industrial ParkLiverpool Township is Medina County’s largest Industrial Park of over 900 acres and is located just 20 miles northwest of Akron and 28 miles south of Cleveland. With the park’s proximity to major interstates, industries dealing with lawn and garden tractors, steel processing, and automotive stampings and assemblies have established plants here to utilize the complex and just-in-time delivery possibilities. Valley City is home to MTD Products, the producer of Yardman, Cub Cadet, and many other brands of lawn mowers and garden tractors. The park is privately owned with fully serviced sites (gas, electric, water, sewer, rail) ranging in size from 2 to 50 acres available for immediate building. There are approximately 500 acres to be developed in the park. Indeed when you visit Liverpool Industrial Park, nestled among the rural and rolling countryside of north central Ohio, surrounded by working farms and restored homes, you will find it fits nicely with Liverpool Township’s rural atmosphere to compliment a very progressive yet country community in which to work as well as to live.

One of the little-known ways that veterans have made the ultimate sacrifice is by unknowingly putting themselves at risk to deadly toxins in the form of asbestos. It’s such a dangerous material because it only takes limited exposure to the fibers for them to become deadly. Over time, this cancer spreads throughout the body, affecting many vital organs. All military branches used asbestos during the 20th century, including the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines and Navy. Roughly 1/3 of mesothelioma diagnoses in the United States are attributed to veterans. For more info click here. Mesothelioma Help For those diagnosed with mesothelioma, there is help and support available at: asbestos.com/support. Additional resources can be found at asbestos.net.
