Zoning Commission meetings are held the first Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm at the Township Offices located at 6801 School Street, Valley City.

The Zoning Commission conducts  flood plain reviews for dwellings.  The Commission may also assist, if requested, in reviewing certain site plan reviews in the C, I, or M districts, and is responsible for making recommendations for amendments and supplements to the Zoning Resolution of the Township to the Township Board of Trustees. 2. The filing of an application by one or more individual land owners
  3. By the members of the Zoning Commission
