The community is permitted to rent the Community Center, Town Hall, Millstream Park Pavilion, and Concession Stand.

Current room/cafeteria/gym rental is $35.00 for the first hour and $15.00/hr. after that. Any teams or organizations affiliated with Buckeye Local Schools are charged the flat rate of $15.00 per hour. There is a $100.00 key deposit required along with any rental charges when renting a room or the gym or the cafeteria at the Twp. Offices. The deposit will be returned or the check shredded as long as the key is returned immediately after your event.
- The cafeteria will accommodate groups up to 75 people.
There Old Town Hall rental is a flat fee of $100.00 per day. There are eight 5' round tables and three 8' rectangular tables and plenty of chairs at the Old Town Hall.
The security deposit required when reserving the Pavilion is to make sure you take your trash out of the park as well as ensuring that if you move any picnic tables outside of the pavilion, you MUST return them to where they came from. Failure to do either or both of these requirements will cause forfeiture of your deposit.
When reserving the Concession Stand at the Park, use the regular Community Center/Town Hall reservation form and under “Facility Requested”, enter “Concession Stand”.
